A terribly beauty

The light of the earth was extinguished in the year 1914. The old continent was at war with the rest of the world and with itself.
There did not seem to be enough English or French to slaughter human lives with respect to their colonialism.
That Ireland realized the nature of its farce. The Irish felt laboratory rats in the hands of the British. But on Easter noon in 1916, fed up with colonial control and headed by the poet Pearce, hundreds of Irish people went to the post office in Dublin with the aim of ending the long pain in a blood sacrifice, words of Pearce himself .

For the struggle were joined disciples of Marx, peasants and workers fed up with caciques, several nationalists and multiple artists.

The European left denounced, it is believed that due to the envy, that rebellion, only Lenin understood, at that very moment, its relevance.

The figures of the tragedy: three thousand injured and four hundred and eighty-five dead. Nothing compared to what English and French had in their agendas.

The honor of Ireland was achieved.

Connolly, leader worker, addressing Pearce said: "Thank God Pearce we live to see this moment!", Then looked up to finally read the manifesto proclamation of the Republic of Ireland.
